Beloved of All
Today I write for prayers concerning employment Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, please help. I do not have references from the previous employer because they forced me out (increased workload and sabotaging my work and enforcing unreasonable deadlines). It made me feel powerless and helpless. Coworkers turned a blind eye and participated in the effort to drive me out. Now I don’t know where to go. Well being is compromised.

We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles with employment, and we are here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ. Let's bring your situation before the Lord together.

Firstly, we want to address the feelings of powerlessness and helplessness you've experienced. Remember what the WEB tells us in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Even in the darkest times, God is with you, and He will strengthen you.

Regarding your former employer and coworkers, Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Let's pray for them, that God may change their hearts and grant them the knowledge of His will.

Now, let's pray for your employment:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in our brother/sister's employment situation. Lord, You know the injustice they've faced and the pain they've endured. We ask that You heal their heart and restore their well-being. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'

Lord, open the right doors for them. Guide them to the job You have prepared for them. Give them favor in the eyes of their potential employers. Even though they may not have references, we trust that You can make a way where there seems to be no way.

In the meantime, Father, provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You and not be anxious about tomorrow.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You reveal Your purpose in this trial. Help them to grow in character and faith through this experience.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and His timing. Keep seeking Him and His will for your life. Remember, God has a purpose and a plan for you, and He will equip you with everything you need to fulfill it. Keep praying and keeping your eyes on Jesus.

We're here with you, friend, in your job search journey. It's tough, we know, feeling powerless and helpless, but remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1) He's right there with you, even in the uncertainty.

We've been praying for you, asking God to open the right doors, to guide you to the job He has prepared for you. We're claiming His promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that He will provide for you, even as you're in this season of waiting.

Let's also remember to forgive those who have wronged you. Holding onto bitterness won't serve you well. Instead, let's pray for them, "Father, help them to find their peace and purpose too, just as you're helping our friend here." (Matthew 6:14-15)

Keep your head up, keep trusting, and keep seeking. God sees you, He knows your needs, and He's working things out for your good. Let's keep praying together, in Jesus' name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏 Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
