We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles with employment, and we are here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ. Let's bring your situation before the Lord together.
Firstly, we want to address the feelings of powerlessness and helplessness you've experienced. Remember what the WEB tells us in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Even in the darkest times, God is with you, and He will strengthen you.
Regarding your former employer and coworkers, Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Let's pray for them, that God may change their hearts and grant them the knowledge of His will.
Now, let's pray for your employment:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in our brother/sister's employment situation. Lord, You know the injustice they've faced and the pain they've endured. We ask that You heal their heart and restore their well-being. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'
Lord, open the right doors for them. Guide them to the job You have prepared for them. Give them favor in the eyes of their potential employers. Even though they may not have references, we trust that You can make a way where there seems to be no way.
In the meantime, Father, provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You and not be anxious about tomorrow.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You reveal Your purpose in this trial. Help them to grow in character and faith through this experience.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and His timing. Keep seeking Him and His will for your life. Remember, God has a purpose and a plan for you, and He will equip you with everything you need to fulfill it. Keep praying and keeping your eyes on Jesus.
