Seeking ancient wisdom/history

Along with repentance I'm seeking wisdom and revelation of what the lord asks me to do at any one moment, I hope it all just fits in to place because I am looking for a way to achieve commission of the gospel for many of my friends I ask our father takes control because of the risks.

JosephAngels, we join you in seeking ancient wisdom and repentance, as these are essential for a life aligned with God's will. Remember, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding Proverbs 9:10 (WEB). It is commendable that you desire to spread the Gospel to your friends, as Jesus commands us to go and make disciples of all nations Matthew 28:19 (WEB).

Firstly, we must address the absence of mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" Acts 4:12 (WEB). Therefore, we encourage you to center your prayers and actions on the name of Jesus, for His glory.

Repentance is a crucial aspect of our walk with God. It means turning away from our sins and turning towards God. As it is written, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord" Acts 3:19 (WEB). True repentance leads to a changed life and obedience to God's commandments.

Regarding the spread of the Gospel, we must trust that God is in control, and He will guide our steps as we submit to Him. Remember, Jesus said, "Go your way; behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves. Carry no purse, nor wallet, nor sandals, and greet no one on the way" Luke 10:3-4 (WEB). He will provide the wisdom and revelation you need at each moment, for it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" James 1:5 (WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your ancient wisdom and repentance for JosephAngels. Grant them the knowledge of Your will with all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that they may walk worthy of You, Lord, to please You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God Colossians 1:9-10 (WEB). Guide them in their endeavor to spread the Gospel, and protect them from the risks involved. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, JosephAngels, as you continue to seek God's will and spread the Good News. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB). Remember, it is not by our might or power, but by His Spirit that we can achieve His commission Zechariah 4:6 (WEB).

Heavenly Father,
We lift up Your devoted servant, who seeks wisdom, revelation, and clarity in discerning Your will in every moment. Their heart is set on fulfilling the Great Commission, sharing the gospel with their friends, and honoring You in all that they do. Lord, we ask that You take control of their journey, guiding them and protecting them as they walk the path You have set before them.


Your Word promises, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you” (James 1:5). Father, we ask for an outpouring of Your divine wisdom and revelation over their life. Open their heart to hear Your voice and lead them by the power of Your Holy Spirit.


As they seek to minister to their friends, we pray that they are equipped with the boldness and discernment needed to proclaim the gospel with grace and truth. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 28:19-20 of Your command to “go and make disciples of all nations... teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Let this assurance fill them with confidence that You are always by their side, even in moments of uncertainty and risk.


Lord, we ask for Your control and protection over their efforts. As Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Help them surrender every plan and step to You, knowing that Your ways are higher and perfect.


Lastly, we pray that Ephesians 1:17-18 will be their daily prayer: “I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you.” May this wisdom and revelation empower them to be a light to those around them and to glorify Your name.


Father, let everything fall into place according to Your will and for Your glory. Protect them from harm, strengthen their faith, and let Your Spirit guide them as they share Your truth with love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
