See what you think of this.One strategy I think the devil uses where he can rope in large amounts of people at once is in these worldly "trends" you see.Since thre's more access to tv, internet, etc now,people can see what the (worldly}trend is. Like, the occult. It's "cool" to say,"in another life I did this and that". Reincarnation, but the Bible states,"it is appointed unto men once to die, then after this the judgement."Who do you know who isn't into yoga these days?But research it, you'll see some of those positions were to honor pagan "gods".Drugs?"Everybody" is doing it.Gay marriage?"this isn't the past'' "people are more broadminded these days".The devil makes them think they've "evolved" when actually they've slipped deeper into sin.And this stupid misuse of words, like we're "homophobic" if we don't condone it.Phobic means afraid. I don't hide under the bed like a frightened cat when I see a homosexual.I just know that the Bible says it's an abomination .Hal Lindsey, in a book, seems to think the devil uses certain "trends" to deceive people.Well, anyone agree/disagree?reactions?

I'm sure he uses everything available to him. When you said "evolved", it made me think of how it takes more of something to get the same "I got my money's worth feeling", as you build a tolerance to it. For example, in the 60's people objected to the Beatles singing "I want to hold your hand." I won't go into what rock stars sing about now. In the 50's it was thought vulgar when Elvis Presley wiggled his hips.  What would those people have thought of Miley Cyrus? As always, I find your posts interesting.

They're "evolving" in the wrong direction.But I guess that's what being mislead is all about.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
