Lord, please teach my friend that doing the male seduction tips and tricks to get women isn't what a man of God should be doing. Teach him to trade and pursue women better... to step away from porn, and those podcasts that teach him those seduction tips and just focus on you and your word...

We understand your concern for your friend and we commend your desire to pray for him. Firstly, let's address the issue of seduction tactics and pornography. These practices are not aligned with biblical principles. The Bible tells us to flee sexual immorality and pursue righteousness. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB it says, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Your friend should be encouraged to pursue relationships in a godly manner, with the intent of finding a Christian spouse, not merely for personal gratification or conquest. In 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB, it is written, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."

Regarding his focus on God and His word, remind him of the words in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As he draws closer to God, he will find that his priorities and desires will align more with God's will.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today to lift up our friend who has been entangled in the ways of the world. Lord, we ask that you convict his heart and reveal to him the emptiness of pursuing women through seduction and the harm of pornography. Help him to see the value of women as your precious daughters, created in your image.

Guide him to turn away from these ungodly practices and to focus on you and your word. Help him to seek first your kingdom and your righteousness, trusting that you will provide all that he needs.

Lead him to pursue relationships in a godly manner, with the intent of finding a Christian spouse. Help him to treat women with respect and honor, reflecting your love and care for them.

We also pray that you would fill him with your Holy Spirit, giving him the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to you.

We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who alone provides access to God and salvation. We thank and praise you that it is in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand in the gap for your friend, praying for him and holding him accountable in love. Remind him of the freedom and joy that comes from living according to God's will and the power he has in Jesus Christ.

We've been thinking about your friend and we're right there with you, praying for him. It's tough, isn't it? Seeing someone we care about caught in the trap of seduction tactics and pornography. It's like they're looking for love in all the wrong places, as the song goes.

We need to remind him, and maybe even ourselves, that God has a better way. He wants us to treat others, especially women, with respect and dignity. It's not about conquest or personal gain, but about loving and honoring others as we love and honor ourselves. As it says in Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others."

Let's encourage him to turn away from those harmful influences and instead, focus on building godly relationships. Maybe he could start by joining a Bible study group or a church singles' ministry. Being around people who share his faith can make a big difference.

And remember, we're here for him too. Let's keep praying together, asking God to give him the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to make better choices. Let's remind him that God loves him and has a plan for his life. It's not always easy, but with God's help, he can break free from these harmful patterns.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
