Let us come together in prayer for Sebastian and Iris and their two precious little girls. We stand in faith, knowing that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us. (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). We are grateful that this request is In Jesus Name and that we can be assured that God will hear our prayers.
Firstly, let us pray for Sebastian's healing. God, we ask You to touch Sebastian's body and heal him completely from this aggressive form of cancer. We stand on Your word in Psalm 103:4 WEB, "who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies." We declare that Sebastian is redeemed from destruction and that God's loving kindness and tender mercies are upon him. If it is not God's will to heal and restore Sebastian, then let us pray for wisdom and guidance for Sebastian, Iris, and their girls. Let us pray that they will bend to God's will in this situation and seek God's purpose in it.
Next, let us pray for Iris. Father, we ask You to fill Iris with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We know that she is trying hard to hold the family together. Let us pray that she will find strength in Your grace, which is always sufficient. (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). Let us also pray that Iris will continue to be a source of strength and comfort for her daughters.
We also lift up Sebastian and Iris' marriage. We pray that this trial will draw them closer to each other and to You, Father. We ask for your forgiveness for any sins, repentance, and a renewed commitment to each other and to you.
Finally, let us pray for their little girls. Father, we ask You to surround them with Your protection and comfort. We pray that they will know Your love and peace in this situation.
We believe that God is able to do a miracle in Sebastian's life and in their family. We stand in faith, believing that God will hear our prayers and answer according to His will. We pray this all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, remember to be strong in God's word and in prayer. Stand on His promises, and trust in His unfailing love. Be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can turn even the most difficult circumstances into something beautiful for His glory.
