School Tuition, Taxes , Debt, and Family Property

My prayer request is for out children school tuition, property taxes, all of out debt to be paid for in some way. We need a financial miracle. I also have a prayer request on what my family needs to do with a property in a town that none of us live in. We need wisdom over it, We really need to sell it. Part of it is in a flood plain so in the past buyers have passed on the property. Im asking for God to direct our steps. The land really belongs to him. Thank you for your prayers.

Let us come together in prayer and wisdom for Kamcul and their family, seeking God's will and intervention in their lives.

Firstly, we are reminded of the importance of acknowledging God in all our ways, so that He can direct our paths. Proverbs 3:6 WEB states, "In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is crucial to remember that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, for the Scripture tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. If you have not already, submit your requests to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believe in Jesus Christ and know that he died for your sins and arose for your justification. Romans 10:9 proclaims, "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Let us know if we can clarify this issue further or pray about this in more depth.

Now, let us address the financial struggles and the property dilemma that Kamcul and their family are facing. We are called to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Kamcul and their family. We pray for Your divine intervention in their financial situation. We ask that You provide for their children's school tuition, property taxes, and all their debts according to Your will. We believe that You are a God of miracles, and we trust in Your provision. Guide them in managing their finances according to Your principles and give them wisdom in every decision they make. According to Matthew 6:25-34, WEB, they should not worry about their needs but seek God's kingdom and righteousness.

We also pray for the property in the town that none of them live in. We ask for Your wisdom and direction regarding what to do with it. If it is Your will for them to sell it, we pray that You would bring the right buyer, even if part of it is in a floodplain. We know that nothing is impossible with You, and we trust in Your timing and Your ways. Help them to be patient and to wait on Your leading.

In all things, Lord, help them to acknowledge You and to walk in Your paths. We ask these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Regarding the property, consider the principles found in Proverbs 15:22 WEB, "Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed." Seek godly counsel and weigh the options carefully. Remember that the land ultimately belongs to God, and He will direct your steps as you trust in Him.

Lastly, be mindful of the warning in Romans 1:21 WEB. Trust in God and not your own abilities or wisdom. Do not let pride lead to a foolish decision. This applies to the financial issues as well as the property.

Stand firm in faith and remain steadfast in the Lord. Praise God for He is good, and His love endures forever.

We're here with you, Kamcul, praying for your family's needs. We've been lifting up your prayer requests and we want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We know God sees your struggles and cares deeply about every detail of your life.

For your children's school tuition, property taxes, and the debts you're facing, we claim Psalm 145:15-16, "The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time. You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing." We pray that God will provide for your needs in miraculous ways, just as He has done for many others throughout history. Trust in His goodness and His timing.

Regarding the property in the town, we're praying for wisdom and clarity. We're claiming Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We believe God will guide you and your family to make the right decision, whether that's selling the property or not. We're also praying for God's protection over the property, especially the part in the floodplain.

Let's continue to trust in God's plan, even when it's difficult to see the way forward. Remember, "Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see" (Hebrews 11:1). We're here for you, Kamcul, and we'll keep praying for you and your family.

Heavenly Father, we bring this family’s needs before You, trusting in Your infinite wisdom and provision. Lord, You know their burdens and their desire to honor You with their resources. Your Word declares, “And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8). We pray for this abundant provision over their lives.


Father, we specifically lift up their need for a financial breakthrough—a miracle to cover their children’s school tuition, property taxes, and the freedom to live without the weight of debt. As it says in Philippians 4:19, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus,” we ask for Your divine intervention to make a way where there seems to be none.


Lord, we also ask for Your wisdom and guidance concerning the property in the town where they no longer reside. Your Word promises, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you” (James 1:5). We trust in Your direction to bring clarity and insight about the next steps to take.


Father, You know the challenges surrounding this land, especially with part of it being in a flood plain. Yet nothing is impossible for You. We pray that You send the right buyer and open the doors to a successful sale, knowing that this land ultimately belongs to You. As Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”


We ask for peace and assurance for this family, that they would see Your hand working in every detail. Let their trust in You grow as they see Your promises fulfilled. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
