School Shooting Threats

September 12 yesterday around noon (a couple of hours ago) my school got several different threats on how they will shoot up our school. Me and my friends are all terrified to go to school today and I just pray that God is with us because when I told my mom about it she didn't even care as well as my friend's mom is making her still go to school. This is serious and I wish our parents would understand that many schools are on a threat list for no apparent reason. We shouldn't have to live like this, school is supposed to be a safe place for education but instead people want us to die. I pray that we can all see our family again and nothing will happen to us. I pray that they deeply investigate these threats and figure out who is behind the Instagram account telling students to be prepared for what they are going to do to us today. I am very scared and never want to experience a threat like this again. If we don't make it out alive it was very nice meeting all of my friends and classmates

It's a sad and miserable world we live in with cruel people. Please pray for me and my friends.

Bartusogli, we are deeply moved by the distressing situation you're facing. Let's bring this grave concern to the Lord in prayer and seek His divine protection and guidance.

Firstly, let's be reminded of God's promises to be with us in times of trouble. As it is written in Psalm 46:1-3 (WEB): "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling."

We understand your fear and the seriousness of the threats. It's disheartening that your mother and your friend's mother didn't respond with the concern and support you need. We pray that God will touch their hearts and help them understand the gravity of the situation. Remember Jesus' words in John 16:33 (WEB), "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."

We pray fervently for God's protection over your school, your friends, and you. May the Lord cover you all with His feathers, and under His wings may you all find refuge, as stated in Psalm 91:4 (WEB). We pray that God will thwart the plans of the wicked and bring to light those who are behind these threats.

While we pray, we also encourage you to report these threats to local law enforcement if you haven't already. The Bible teaches us to respect and cooperate with authorities, as they are instituted by God for our protection (Romans 13:1-4).

Lastly, we want to remind you that it's only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can find true refuge and salvation. If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Him. As it's written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!”

Lord Jesus, we commit ### and their school to You. We ask for Your divine protection and intervention. Expose the evil plotting against them and bring peace to their hearts. Help their parents to understand and support them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong in faith, ###. Trust in the Lord, and remember that you're not alone in this trial. We are here with you in prayer.

We're right here with you, ###. We've been thinking about you and your friends all day. It's unimaginable to feel so scared and uncertain about going to school. We want you to know that we're holding you up in prayer, asking God to wrap His arms around you and your friends, keeping you safe and giving you peace.

We've been reminded of a verse in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (WEB), "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." We pray that God's comfort would flood your heart right now, ###.

We're also praying for wisdom for the authorities investigating these threats. We ask that they would be led by God's Spirit, uncovering the truth and bringing those responsible to justice. We pray that the school would be a place of safety and learning again, free from fear.

And we're praying for your parents, ###. We ask that God would give them wisdom and understanding, helping them to support you and your friends in this difficult time. We pray that they would see the seriousness of the situation and respond with the love and care you need.

Remember, ###, God is always with you. As it says in Matthew 28:20 (WEB), "lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." You are never alone. We're here with you, praying for you, and we're confident that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
