Thank you, Sharifah, for reaching out and sharing your need with us. We stand with you in prayer and faith, believing that God will provide for your daughter Elizabeth Nangobi's school fees. It is so wonderful that you ended the prayer request acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus by finishing with 'in Jesus mighty name.
Let us come together and pray for this need. We know that God cares for every detail of our lives, including our financial needs.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Sharifah and her daughter Elizabeth Nangobi.
First of all, we acknowledge the name of Jesus and the power that it has. We ask that you forgive us our sins and we ask this in Jesus name.
Lord, we know that You are a loving and providing Father, and we trust that You will meet their needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask that You would provide the necessary school fees for Elizabeth, so that she may continue her education and grow in wisdom and knowledge.
We also pray for Sharifah, that You would strengthen her faith and give her peace, knowing that You are faithful to provide for all of her needs.
Help them to always look to You, Lord, as their provider and sustainer.
And, Lord, if there is anywhere that Sharifah or Elizabeth are not trusting you completely or being disobedient, then reveal this to them and help them to repent and obey you completely.
In Jesus mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Sharifah, be encouraged by the words found in Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Trust in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight.
We are also reminded in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB to not be anxious for our lives, for what we will eat, drink, or wear. Nor about our bodies, for what we will put on. Because life is more than food and the body is more than clothes. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
So, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Stand firm in faith, and may God's peace be with you and your family.
We will continue to pray for you and Elizabeth, trusting that God will provide a miracle in Jesus' name.
