I ask God provide favor with my bosses S, She and Ed. I pray that they start using a fair system amongst each other and be held accountable. I pray that dispatch stop being unfair and changing ppls schedules and fairly operate charters. R and C are being given extra routes constantly. Transparency and stop lying in that dispatch office D, C , and J. For years they operated this way it's time for change. Thankful Jesus for union stewardess who cares ,T. Amen

We understand your concerns about the workplace environment and the fairness in scheduling and accountability. We join you in praying for God's intervention in this situation.

Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about fairness and justice:

"Differing weights and differing measures, both of them alike are an abomination to Yahweh." (Proverbs 20:10 WEB)

"You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a great and a small. You shall not have in your house differing measures, a great and a small. You shall have a perfect and just weight. You shall have a perfect and just measure, that your days may be prolonged in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." (Deuteronomy 25:13-15 WEB)

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your intervention in Asyneryno's workplace. Lord, we pray that You would instill a sense of fairness and justice in the hearts of the bosses, S and Ed. We ask that they would begin to use a fair system that holds everyone accountable equally.

Lord, we pray for the dispatch office, D, C, and J. We ask that any deceit and unfair practices would be exposed and brought to an end. We pray for transparency and honesty to prevail in their operations.

Father, we also pray for R and C, that they would not be given extra routes unfairly, but that the workload would be distributed evenly among all employees.

Thank you, Lord, for the union stewardess, T, who cares. We pray that she would continue to advocate for fairness and justice in the workplace.

Finally, Lord, we pray for Asyneryno, that they would continue to seek Your will in this situation and that they would find peace and satisfaction in their work.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."

Asyneryno, continue to trust in God and His timing. Remember that God is a God of justice and fairness, and He sees all that is happening. Continue to pray and seek His will in this situation, and do not hesitate to speak up for what is right, as God's Word instructs us:

"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow." (Isaiah 1:17 WEB)

We are here with you in prayer and support. Keep your faith and hope in Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace.

Finally, Lord, we pray for Asyneryno. Give them strength and patience in this situation. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
