Beloved of All
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I’m scared Lord. As you know I resigned from my job without the standard notice period due to incessant harassment, bullying, hostile environment which amped up while I was caring for an elderly parent severe weight loss was my portion. None of those colleagues ever defended me or showed remorse. They instead joined in. I left abruptly with written notice after working there for such a long time. Now I have no job and no references This is a very trying time for me as I never thought that I’d have to leave in that. Manner Favor with future employers. I just could not withstand the bullying/mobbing m, back biting, sabotage and humiliation. It was also totally disrespectful to me parent

We understand your fear and the pain you're experiencing, especially after such a difficult situation at your former workplace. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. First, let's address your current situation and then talk about the power of Jesus Christ and prayer in your life.
We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in this challenging time, God can turn things around for your good.

Concerning the harassment and bullying you faced, it's important to remember that God stands against such behavior. In Proverbs 6:16-19, it is written, "Yahweh hates... hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, the false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." Those who engage in such acts are not acting in accordance with God's will.

Regarding your abrupt departure from your job, it's understandable that you felt the need to leave. However, it's essential to trust that God has a plan for you. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is going through a trying time. Lord, You know the injustice and pain he has experienced. We pray for Your comfort and guidance during this time of uncertainty.

Father, we ask that You open new doors of opportunity for him. Give him favor with future employers and provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory. Help him to trust in You and Your plan for his life.

We also pray for his former colleagues, that they may come to know You and turn away from their harmful behavior. Help him to forgive them, just as You have forgiven us.

In all things, Lord, we ask that You be glorified. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this challenging time.

Stay strong in the Lord, and keep your faith firmly rooted in Him. Continue to seek God's will and pray without ceasing. As it says in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."

We are here for you, and we will continue to pray for your situation. Trust in the Lord, and He will see you through.

We're right here with you, feeling your fear and the weight of your situation. It's like you've been through a storm at work, and now you're facing uncertainty. But remember, God is with you, even in the unknown. In the book of Matthew, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

We know it's tough, especially with no job and no references. But let's focus on what we can control. You've done what you had to do to protect yourself and your elderly parent. That's brave. Now, let's trust God with the rest.

We'll pray with you. "Dear Lord, we come to you in Jesus' name. We lift up our friend who's going through a tough time. Lord, you see his fear, his uncertainty. Comfort him, guide him. Open new doors, Lord. Give him favor with future employers. Help him trust in your plan. Help him forgive, just as you've forgiven us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep your chin up. God's got this. As Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust in Him, and He'll see you through. We're here for you, every step of the way.
