We are truly saddened to hear about ###'s health situation and we stand with you in prayer and support. Firstly, we want to remind everyone that God is our ultimate healer and comforter. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." And in Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."
In this time of uncertainty and worry, let us turn to God and pray for ###'s healing and peace. Let us also remember that God is sovereign and that His ways are higher than our ways. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### and her family before Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the worry and fear that they are facing right now, and we ask that You would surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that You would be with the doctors, guiding their hands and giving them wisdom as they review the scanning results.
Lord, we pray for ###'s complete healing. We ask that You would remove any cancer that remains in her body and that You would restore her to full health. We pray this in faith, knowing that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.
We also pray for ###'s family and friends, that You would be with them, comforting them and giving them strength during this difficult time. We ask that You would draw them close to You and that they would find their hope and trust in You.
Finally, Lord, we pray that ### and her family would know the love and salvation that is found only in Jesus Christ. We pray that they would turn to Him, calling on His name, and that they would be saved. As it is written in Romans 10:9, "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage ### and her family to trust in God and to seek Him in prayer. We also encourage them to turn to the Word of God for comfort and guidance during this time. We are here with you in spirit, praying and interceding on your behalf.
