I was listening to Billy Graham preaching online and all of a sudden I saw glimpses either rats or bats hanging upside down on a wire. Does this mean anything?

That means demons who cannot come near while you are listening and meditating on the word but waiting for another chance. As a Christian, we should abide in God's presence (Psalm 91).
To protect yourself, stay constantly in God's presence. Listen and meditate on His word and pray every morning and evening to invite God's presence.
