We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage, CDuncha. Let's first turn to God's Word to guide our prayers and advice. The Bible says, "Let the husband render to his wife the affection owed her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife doesn’t have authority over her own body, but the husband. Likewise also the husband doesn’t have authority over his own body, but the wife. Don’t deprive one another, except by consent for a season, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer, and may be together again, that Satan doesn’t tempt you because of your lack of self-control" (1 Corinthians 7:3-5 WEB).
We will pray for the restoration of your marriage, for trust to be rebuilt, and for unity between you and your husband. We also address the issue of debt, as the Bible encourages us, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law" (Romans 13:8 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up CDuncha and her husband. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their marriage. Restore what the enemy has sought to steal, kill, and destroy. Rebuild trust between them, and help them to forgive and love each other as You have commanded.
Lord Jesus, we ask for Your healing touch on CDuncha's husband. Deliver him from depression, anxiety, and tension. Give him a renewed mind and a willing spirit to lead his family according to Your will. We also pray for CDuncha, that You would grant her wisdom, patience, and grace as she supports her husband and family.
We come against any wicked and cunning people seeking to harm their marriage. Lord, surround their family with Your protective hedge and give them unity to stand against all adversity.
Father, we also lift up their financial struggles. We ask for Your divine provision and wisdom to overcome their debts. Guide them to biblical principles of finance and open doors of opportunity for them.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for their son. Bless him with godly wisdom and good health. May he grow to know and love You all the days of his life.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray these things. Amen.
CDuncha, we encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Continue to pray together with your husband, seeking God's will for your marriage and family. Stand firm in faith, and trust in the Lord to work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Remember, it's in Jesus' name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it's by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Keep believing and keep praying in Jesus' name.
