Coelpior, we understand your concern and are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. We are reminded in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in difficult situations, God can bring about good.
Firstly, it's important to remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in our job or our abilities. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We must also remember that God is our defender and protector. Psalm 18:2-3 says, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower."
Regarding your manager, it's important to pray for her as well. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." Instead of praying against her prosperity, pray that God will soften her heart and that she will treat you fairly. Remember, God can turn the hearts of kings, and He can certainly change the heart of your manager.
However, we also acknowledge that you are feeling targeted and helpless. It's important to advocate for yourself in a respectful and professional manner. You might consider documenting instances of unfair treatment and seeking advice from a mentor or HR professional.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Coelpior. Lord, you see the difficulty they are facing at their workplace. We ask that you will guide them through this trial, and that your will be done in this situation. We pray for their manager, that you will soften her heart and turn it for good towards Coelpior. We ask that you will give Coelpior wisdom and discernment in how to handle this situation, and that you will provide for all of their needs according to your riches in glory. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen."
Lastly, we notice that your prayer request did not mention Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
