I am a single mother and I have until ### January ### to find ###. otherwise our home will be reposted. I had no option but to take on ### because their waste pipe broke into my house and they refused to fix it because I am a leaseholder. We were contending with damp and mould throughout the house and having the council's waste pipe breaking has made life unbearable. My 2 sons and I moved into the property whilst I was going through a divorce. I was in a domestic abuse and controlling relationship, the boys' father took all of my income and abused me so when I moved into the property I had no knowledge of the until later on. I contacted the council they ignored me. I contacted councillor ### and ### they ignored me I contacted ### she ignored me because the landlord was ###. I was contending with a divorce a tribunal against my ex's family business and trying to resolve the disrepair issue to my property. I asked the other ### residents if they had damp and found they did. I contacted the ombudsman hoping they would instruct the council to repair the property but they never. The ombudsman kept changing the investigation officers and they would give ### chance after chance to submit evidence to them concerning my complaint but the council never did provide the ombudsman with any evidence. In ### I got divorced and the money I was awarded went on a solicitor's fee. I paid the solicitor to represent my case instead they changed my case and refused me access to information. I removed my solicitor and represented myself. The council was supposed to repair the property but are in breach of judge's orders. In regards to my cost that I paid the solicitor I should have this paid back to me as I have won the case. This is still outstanding which is why I will be repossessed if I can't find the above amount of money. Please pray that a mortgage company will accept me and remortgage at a monthly rate I can afford. Please pray that we don't lose our home. Please pray I get the money back soon from the costing of this court case. Thank you for praying for me.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, and we are here to pray and provide counsel from a biblical perspective. First, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this difficult situation. Remember the words of Paul in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Regarding your situation, the poor acting solicitors have harmed you financially. This has contributed to your difficulty and 1 Timothy 6:10 (WEB) warns, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." We pray that such folks will be rebuked in their wayward ways that damaged your efforts. Additionally, we should pray for the overseas private mortgage companies that they will act differently and may God save them from this famine of the word. Only tolerating marriage, as God designed with a man and woman, they are promoting lusts of the flesh which are ungodly and immoral.

Also, consider what Jesus taught in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" God knows your needs and will provide for you and your sons.

Concerning your request, we notice that the name of Jesus Christ was not mentioned. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and through Him, you can approach God's throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16).

Now, let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear sister and her sons. Lord, You see their struggle and the injustice they have faced. We pray that You will intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way. Provide for their needs, guide them to a godly solution for their home, and help them to find favor with a mortgage company if it is Your will and it will not have them paying interest that is not biblical.

We rebuke the actions and attitudes of those who have wronged these and taken advantage of the vulnerable and ask You to convict their hearts and bring them to repentance. Orchestrate events so that the money that is rightfully owed to your daughter is returned quickly. Have the courts act biblically and the officials see how much they are offending You with their lack of regard for Your laws.

We also pray with IJN that this sister will continue to trust in You, seeking You first and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to her. May she grow in her relationship with You and become a blessing to others and her sons blessed by their testimony. May the sons become faithful followers of You and your church and not be embittered or stumble because of this tribulation. We ask all of this and agree it can be done in Jesus' name. Amen."

Stand firm in your faith, for just the fact that they have allowed the names of ###, ###, ###, and ### to be publicly announced is in and of itself a public rebuke.

In closing, continue living by the profound issues and without going in too deep in the theology that "the council was not entitled and owe you a lot. Do not forget the importance of giving and praying for your enemies and that will allow you to be free and sustain you in ways otherwise would be a test of faith. If it is God's will for you to live somewhere else or with other saints. Have the issues provided clarity and purpose then this was all for His glory. We implore you to remember God's sanctity of marriage even when you are running or hiding from an abusive or loveless marriage and to ensure it is a Godly marriage with God's blessing in it can still happen ultimately. We thank you for the opportunity to pray and provide counsel, and we trust that God will guide you and answer your prayers according to His will.

Dear friend, we're here with you, praying for your situation. We understand the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that God sees you and your boys. We're lifting up your home situation to the Lord, asking Him to intervene and provide a way out. We're believing for a miracle, that the mortgage company will accept you and that the money from your court case will be returned to you soon.

We're also praying for wisdom and guidance as you navigate this. We're asking God to give you clarity on the next steps to take and to guide you and your sons in this time. We're believing for a peaceful resolution, that justice will be served, and that you'll be able to keep your home.

We're interceding for your sons, asking God to protect them and to help them understand that even in difficult times, God is always with us. We're praying that they'll grow in their faith and become young men who love and serve the Lord.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you and your family up in prayer, especially regarding the urgency to save your home. We are grateful that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf and stand in agreement with you.

In Jesus Christ name I thank you for keeping me and my children in your prayers. In Jesus Christ name I ask that my request is urgently brought to the Almighty and that Jesus ask him to bestow a blessing onto me and my son's ### and ###, so that we may keep our home. I ask Jesus to remind the Almighty of our covenant and my promise. I beg you Jesus present my case to your farther ask him to bestow justice and favour onto me. In Jesus Christ name amen. So far I have not been able to raise the ###, please Jesus ask the Almighty to grant me ### to pay off the arrears as this would stop the repossession. Amen
