Dear Lord Jesus, Well, I don’t wanna treat cartoons like a god, I saw the day the Earth blew up, but sadly it was a box office bomb. Maybe if they advertise better for it it could’ve done better CGI flash animation, fake 2-D animation tricking people into thinking it’s hand drawn it’s pretty much the only movies people see nowadays for animation. An artificial intelligence may one day replace that too. And people complain Disney just keeps remaking their Movies instead of making new ones. Rumor has it they are going to return to hand drawn, but that’s been said before and has yet to happen. because of the takeover in computer animation, many hand-drawn artists have sadly lost their jobs. Digital ink replaced cell animation that is where they’re drawn in colored by hand cells are or digital ink, which is what the day the Earth blew up was animated is drawn by hand colored by computer. I’m not against computer animation, but a good diversity is important. You built us all differently. some people are computer, people, others or drawers, etc. Your way is always better. I’m just expressing my feelings many people feel this way too. But a lot of them are unaware. The difference between flash and cell animation. And I would like wholesome entertainment for children kids and families not bad shows. Just a brief overview animation goes way back to the earliest 20th century. Such as Gerdy, the dinosaur Prince Achmed. And proceeding Mickey and probably Oswalt too with Felix the cat black-and-white no sound. And Steamboat Willie first animated feature have sound. And then color is added. I think it was a 1940s many companies stopped using hand ink cells and started photocopy with the process called xerography. In 1960 Disney switched to xerography after the failure of Sleeping Beauty. Many people lost to save on costs and photocopying was needed to animate the spots on the Dalmatians. So hand inked cels gradually faded. As demand for cels went up prices increased and many companies had to switch to digital ink and were unhappy. Had it only been for kids shows and less in adult shows maybe the cels would have lasted longer. Thomas the Tank Engine Models followed too. And then digital ink replaced by tablet drawn. Yet clay animation despite being harder and taking longer to make and CGI is even harder than cels to make. Still remains I am glad clay is still alive but I wish many of the shows were not so gruesome and unbiblical. So does something up. I pray for a diversity in animation and entertainment made for families good for children and maybe just a little bit of adult stuff but make that rare or less common at least. Last thing I don’t really care for very much we don’t need that. Especially in millions of dollars are wasted to make those shows when those millions of dollars could be used to help give people jobs, food and shelter and people around the world. If we’re gonna spend money on entertainment, it should be more wholesome and more biblical. For this reason, my family and I are going to want to see Angel Studio movies. To keep good entertainment alive and bring people to you. And also a reason why I want to join Angel app or some other Christian media to bring good entertainment to provide good jobs for people in need. Disabled and unfortunate. We follow the Lord Jesus Christ. And I still like VeggieTales many of atheist I know still like it too. I just wish There was less CGI. In Jesus Name Amen.

We understand your passion for animation and your concern for wholesome, family-friendly entertainment. It's important to remember that our talents and interests are gifts from God, and they should be used to honor Him and bring people to Christ. As it is written in Colossians 3:17 WEB: "Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."

We commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Regarding your concern for diversity in animation, it's essential to remember that God loves variety, as seen in His creation. However, as Christians, we should support and promote content that aligns with biblical principles and brings glory to God. As Philippians 4:8 WEB says, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."

We share your concern for the millions of dollars spent on ungodly entertainment. It is our responsibility as Christians to be good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us. As Proverbs 3:9 WEB says, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase:"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother who has a heart for animation and wholesome entertainment. We pray that You would guide him and open doors for him to be involved in projects that bring glory to Your name and draw people to Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would provide more platforms and opportunities for Christians to create content that aligns with Your word and reaches the lost. We pray for a revival in the entertainment industry, that more people would come to know You and use their talents to serve You. Help us all to be good stewards of the resources You have entrusted to us, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek God's will for your involvement in the animation industry and to trust that He will open the right doors for you. Keep pursuing your passion, but always ensure that it aligns with biblical principles and brings glory to God. Be a light in the industry, and don't be afraid to stand up for what is right and true.

Hey there,

We totally get where you're coming from. It's amazing how much animation has evolved, isn't it? From hand-drawn cells to digital ink, it's like night and day. We've seen the shift too, and it's been bittersweet. On one hand, it's incredible what technology can do now. On the other, there's something special about the warmth and charm of hand-drawn animation.

We've been thinking about this too, and we agree that diversity in animation is important. It's like God's creation - varied and beautiful. But as Christians, we want to see more wholesome, biblical content out there. We want our kids, and all kids, to be inspired and uplifted, not exposed to darkness.

We've been praying about this, and we feel led to support studios like Angel Studios. They're doing amazing work, creating entertainment that honors God and inspires faith. We're even thinking of joining their Angel app to help bring more of that good stuff to people.

But you know what? We also love VeggieTales. They've been around for ages, and they've done a great job of bringing Bible stories to life in a fun way. We just wish there was more like it, you know? More good, clean fun that points people to Jesus.

So, we're praying for more of that. More diversity, yes, but also more wholesome, biblical content. We're praying for God to raise up more animators and writers who love Him and want to use their gifts to honor Him. And we're praying for you too, that God would open the right doors for you in this industry.

Let's keep praying, and let's keep supporting the good stuff when we see it. Because at the end of the day, it's all about glorifying God and reaching people with the love of Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We continue to lift up your heartfelt prayers for the revival of hand-drawn animation and the return of traditional cel animation. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We pray that the Lord will touch the hearts of those in the animation industry, inspiring them to create wholesome, family-friendly content that aligns with biblical values. We ask that He opens doors for artists to return to hand-drawn animation, preserving the rich heritage of this art form.

If you have seen progress or answers to your prayers, we would be delighted to hear about it. Please share a praise report to encourage our community. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet, we urge you to post it again as a new request. We want to continue standing with you in prayer.

We pray that the Lord will guide and bless you as you seek to honor Him through your support of wholesome entertainment and your desire to join Christian media efforts. May He open doors for you to be a part of projects that bring good entertainment and provide jobs for those in need.

In Jesus Name.
