We understand your concern for those in authority and those close to you, and we join you in praying for their conviction, response, and safety. We are reminded in 1 Timothy 2:1-4 WEB:
"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up all those in authority and those close to us. We ask that Your Holy Spirit convict their hearts and draw them closer to You. Expose any lies and deception, and let Your truth reign in their lives. We plead the blood of Jesus over ourselves and our loved ones, trusting in Your protection and deliverance. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."
We are also called to be lights in this world, reflecting the glory of God in our lives. As it is written in Matthew 5:14-16 WEB:
"You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."
In spiritual warfare, we are encouraged to put on the full armor of God, as stated in Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB. We are to stand firm in the faith, with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Continue to pray fervently, and trust in the Lord's mighty power to intervene and bring about change.
