We are truly sorry to hear about the trials your family is facing, ###, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical encouragement.
Jesus Christ clearly teaches us to pray. In Matthew 21:22, Jesus assured us saying "all things, whatever you ask for in prayer, believing, you really will receive" declaring that it will be provided. That means let's pray believing that God can heal your family in Jesus' name and in accordance with God's will. It is only in Jesus Name that we can be saved. In Acts 4:12 it says "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" In Acts 19:13 Jesus name was even used by those who didn't believe to cast out evil spirits. In Matthew 7:22 Jesus claims that even the demons submit to his followers to make a point about doing the will of God. Multiple verses including James 2:19 says that demons acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord.
If you are not born again, you should understand some basics: God loves you. "For God so loved the world that he sent his only born Son Jesus Christ, so that those who believe in him may not perish, but have eternal life." The price of the sin is death. The reason for Jesus' crucifixion was because our sin needs to be punished. Jesus Christ took on all of the sin for those who will believe in Him. And He was the only perfect man to ever live who could die as a perfect sacrifice for our sins. And the most important thing is that Jesus was resurrected three days later to show his conquest over sin and death.
In Exodus 15:26, God promises, "If you listen diligently to the voice of Yahweh your God, and do what is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."
If you don't already, you need to listen to the voice of the Lord and in accordance with the word of God. All religions other than Christians following the Bible are false and praying to idols or other sources of false hope can result in illness. God commands you the reader to rid yourself of false idols or other gods that may be the cause of your family's suffering.

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
