As we gather together to praise, honor and glorify the Lord our God, satan will do anything at his disposal to make us all miss our way to heaven and stop our singing to Jesus. He knows that the Lord delights in the praises of those who love Him. As we join together as one body and hear and sing praises to Jesus satan will flee from us because when he hears Jesus name, all devils from hell tremble and flee from Him.
They brought unto Him many that were possessed by devils, and He cast out those devils with His word and healed those who were ill.
Matt. 8:16
When we sing songs of praise to Jesus, deliverance and mercy arrives at our door and Jesus blesses our home, our heart and those we love and care. Let us all recognize that the Lord gives each one of us a different gifts but the one Jesus delights in is heaven praises coming out from thankful hearts. At the end of our day, our dear Lord expects us to come to Him with songs of praise to Him alone.
O the glory of Your presence.
We Your temple,
Give You reverence.
So arise to Your rest.
And be blessed by our praise.
As glory in Your embrace.
As Your presence now fills place.
As we may know those beautiful songs we sing in church services touch our hearts, mind and soul, they are full of the presence of the Lord, filling our heart with joy and happiness no one can give us anywhere in this world. The act of singing praises to God almighty arises in our soul a desire to be with His glory, it educates us and teaches us how to reach into the holy presence of God who loves us with an everlasting love and cares for us.
Never ever stop singing praises to Jesus. He delights in the praises of His people.
