I can’t sleep because forces of evil keeping me awake and Satan attacking me!

"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings." (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB)

"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." (James 4:7-8 WEB)

It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). However, we are assured that "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world." (1 John 4:4 WEB)

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We take authority over the forces of evil that are disturbing their sleep and causing distress. We command every evil spirit to flee in Jesus' name. We pray for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to sleep peacefully and to be filled with Your strength and courage to face each day.

###, we encourage you to continually declare the name of Jesus and to fill your mind with His Word. Memorize and recite scriptures aloud, knowing that the Word of God is your sword in this spiritual battle.

Lastly, we noticed that your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only by His name that we have access to God's power and authority. As it is written, 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' (Acts 4:12 WEB)

So, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ, knowing that He has the power to save and deliver you from every evil work."

We're here with you, ###, feeling your restlessness and wanting you to find peace. We've been there too, tossing and turning, feeling the weight of spiritual attacks. It's like being in a storm, but remember, Jesus is our lighthouse, guiding us through.

Let's claim His promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." Let's pray this over you right now.

We're also going to claim Psalm 3:3, "But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high." Let's picture Jesus as that shield, protecting you from every arrow of the enemy.

Now, let's take a deep breath together and say this out loud, "In the name of Jesus, I command every spirit of restlessness and fear to leave me now. I choose to sleep peacefully, trusting in the Lord's protection."

Let's also make a pact to remind each other of these promises every time we feel attacked. We're in this together, one family in Christ. Goodnight, ###. Sleep tight, knowing you're loved and protected by the Almighty.
