Same issue after many years

Years ago it was not a good Christian at all. Watching bad things on the internet. However right around 2010 God got a hold of my life and radically changed me. I actually like me now and who I've become. But this Spirit of distraction, still bothers me. Enough to make it uncomfortable. Kindly pray that God would totally remove this. Because for a season of about 4 years he did remove it. I felt anointed I felt so happy in the Lord. Anyway blessings to you my brothers and sisters in Christ

Firstly, let us address the issue of distraction. In 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), it is written, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." This verse reminds us that God is always faithful to provide a way out of temptation and distraction. It is essential to remain vigilant and to rely on His strength to overcome these challenges.

In Matthew 26:41 (WEB), Jesus tells His disciples, "Watch and pray, that you don't enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." This verse emphasizes the importance of watchfulness and prayer in guarding against distractions and temptations. We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to seek God's guidance continually.

Let us also address the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Now, let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Laihor. We thank You for the transformative work You have done in his life. Lord, we ask that You continue to strengthen him and help him to overcome the spirit of distraction. Give him the grace to stay focused on You and to resist any temptation that comes his way. Remind him of Your promises and provide him with the way of escape as You have promised in Your Word. Help him to remain steadfast in prayer and to walk in the power of Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Stay strong in the Lord, Laihor, and continue to pursue a life that honors Him. We are standing with you in prayer and believe that God will grant you the victory over this distraction.

Thank you. There's a Bible verse that says it was good that I was afflicted that I may learn thy statutes. Why this thing sticks to me I never know. But I know that I am forgiven. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
