We are so grateful for your heart for your neighbors and your desire for their salvation. We are reminded in Ezekiel 33:11, "As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn you, turn you from your evil ways; for why will you die?" God desires that all should come to repentance and be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that people can be saved and the Bible makes it clear that we have no access to God without Jesus.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our neighbor's salvation. We pray that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Send laborers across their path to share the Good News with them, and grant them the faith to believe and be saved. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself, and that they would surrender their lives completely to You. We rebuke any spiritual blindness and strongholds that may be keeping them from experiencing Your love and grace. We are claiming salvation for them in Jesus' name, for it is written in Acts 4:12, 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved!' We also pray for boldness and guidance for us so we may know how to speak and minister to our neighbors. Thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Be encouraged by Acts 16:31, "They said, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household." Continue to be a light and witness to your neighbors, and trust that God is working in their hearts. Share the Gospel with them, and invite them to church or a Bible study. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Be bold in your witness knowing that God can and will save. Make sure that you are in prayer and living a close relationship with God yourself. It is hard to give away something you do not have.
