Hank91, we join you in praying for your special friend, trusting that God is eager for her salvation. We stand on the promise that God desires for all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Hank91's special friend to you, asking that your Holy Spirit would bring her to a place of knowing and trusting in you. Convict her heart and show her the way to repentance and eternal life through Jesus Christ. We pray as in the Word of God that says:
“The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9, WEB)
Father, surround her with godly influences and open her heart to understand Your word. Give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness, and lead her to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We pray that you give Hank91 wisdom and guidance in how to share the gospel with his special friend, learning from Paul as he said:
“For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes.” (Romans 1:16, WEB)
Encourage her to seek You with all her heart, knowing that those who seek You will find You (Jeremiah 29:13, WEB).
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
Hank91, we encourage you to share the gospel boldly and lovingly with your special friend. Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Trust that God is working in her heart and be patient as He draws her to Himself.
We are also praying for you, Hank91, that God would give you the wisdom and the words to speak as you share His love and truth to others. Keep your faith strong and unwavering as we are encouraged in James 5:19-20:
“My brothers, if among you any is found to stray from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death, and will cover a multitude of sins.” (WEB)
We also remember and hold fast to this truth:
“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.” (Romans 8:1)
Be encouraged and live your life full of hope and trust in God.
