Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ.
Thank you for bringing this request to our attention, we are here to intercede for ###. We need to first address that the request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). We are reminded that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If you are not sure what this means, read the following scriptures and ask for clarification if needed. We will pray for ### according to God's will.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:10-12 KJV)
We pray specifically for ###'s salvation and deliverance. We pray that ### would recognize his state of being a sinner in need of a savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that ### would repent, turn away, from his sins and put his trust wholly in the Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that ### would confess Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We pray that ### would follow Jesus Christ and commit to following Him in obedience. We pray that ### would not be ashamed to confess Jesus Christ before men and be courageous to share the good news of Jesus Christ with others.
We pray that ### would quickly become aware of any sins that need to be repented of and turned away from. God's Word tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)
We pray that God would pour out His Spirit upon ### so that ### would have the power to live a victorious Christian life. We pray that ### would be fully committed to abiding in the Word of God, the Bible, so that he would be fully equipped for every good work. We pray that ### would become a faithful member of a Bible believing church so that he can grow spiritually and be accountable to other believers. We pray that ### would quickly grow spiritually and become a faithful witness for the Lord Jesus Christ.
We pray all these things in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We are reminded of God's Word which tells us, And this is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: and if we know that he heareth us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. We pray that ### would soon be a true believer in Jesus Christ. We pray that ### would soon be able to honestly say, But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
