We are grateful for your request for prayer for the salvation of Matt M. and Dennis B. It is truly a compassionate and loving act to intercede for others in this way.

The scripture to use for Salvation is Acts 4:12. Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved! Only by Jesus and believing in his name do we come to the father.

Jesus said in John 3:16-17 WEB. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.

We pray together that each of them may experience the love and grace of Jesus Christ. May the Holy Spirit open their hearts to the truth of the Gospel and draw them to a saving faith in Jesus. We know as they hear the word of God and the name of Jesus that this is what will convict them and change their hearts. So we pray Matt and Dennis will hear the name of Jesus and come to the saving knowledge of God through Jesus Christ. We also pray that you, Plasse, may be a light and witness to them, sharing the good news of salvation with gentleness and respect.

Let us pray.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Matt M. and Dennis B. We pray that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and grant them the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Use us as vessels of Your love and grace, that we may be a testimony to them. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, Plasse, as you continue to pray and witness to Matt, Dennis. and others. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:16 WEB Let your light shine before men in a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Your request did not mention their belief in Jesus Christ. This is the only way to salvation. By loving Jesus, we keep his commandments. For as the Apostle John says in 1 John 5:3 WEB For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous.

We've been reminded of Romans 10:9-10, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved." Let's pray that the Holy Spirit would work in their hearts, leading them to confess Jesus as Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, resulting in their salvation. We also pray that you, Plasse, would have opportunities to share the Gospel with them, and that your love and kindness would be a testament to Jesus' love in your life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
