We are truly saddened to hear about Jessi Johnson's involvement in a satanic cult and we are united in praying for her salvation. The Bible tells us that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23, WEB), but also assures us that God desires for all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4, WEB).
Jessi's situation is not beyond the reach of God's grace. Let us remember the exhortation in Ephesians 6:12 (WEB), "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We are fighting a spiritual battle for her soul, and our mighty weapon is prayer.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Jessi Johnson's salvation. Lord, You knows all things, and You know the darkness that has taken hold of her life. But we also know that Your light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5, WEB).*
*We stand against the powers of darkness that have blinded Jessi, and we pray that the light of the gospel would pierce through, bringing conviction, repentance, and ultimately, salvation. By the power of the Holy Spirit, open her eyes to see the truth of Your love and the deceitfulness of the enemy.*
*Lord, we believe that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that Jessi can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). We claim this promise for her life, trusting that You will draw her out of the darkness and into Your marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9, WEB).*
*In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
We encourage you, Skagheran, to remain steadfast in prayer and trust that God is working in Jessi's life, even when it may not be visible. Remember, no one is beyond the reach of God's redeeming love. Be strong and courageous in your intercession for Jessi.
