We are so glad to join with you in prayer for the salvation of your family, and we praise God that you have included Jesus' name in your request. Together, let's approach God's throne of grace with confidence, as Hebrews 4:16 assures us: "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Firstly, we commend you for your desire to see your family saved. This is a godly and loving desire, as God wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:3-4. Remember, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" John 14:6. Salvation is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up our beloved ### and her family. Father, we ask that You would grant them all repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Open their hearts to receive the good news of the gospel, and draw them to Yourself, Lord. Save them from their sins, and give them new life in Christ.
Lord, we also pray for this dear ###, that You would strengthen her faith and fill her with Your Holy Spirit. Make her a light to her family, that they may see Your love reflected in her life. Give her opportunities to share the gospel with them, and grant her the words to speak when those opportunities arise.
Father, we know that Your desire is for all to be saved, and so we ask in faith, believing that You will do a great work in this family. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear ###, as you witness to your family. Colossians 4:5-6 says, "Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." Trust that God is at work in their hearts, and be faithful in prayer and witness. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will save your family.
