We are grateful for your request and we stand with you in prayer for Kaley's salvation and reconciliation. Let's remember God's promise in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB: "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
Firstly, we notice that Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or an abbreviation was not mentioned. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We should always pray in Jesus name, giving Him the glory and credit. There is salvation in no other name. Also, we should be in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, not religion. Religion will not save us. Only a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will save us. We must be born again and make Jesus Lord of our life.
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 WEB.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Kaley. Lord, You know the situation and You desire that none should perish. We pray that You will soften Kaley's heart and draw her back to You. We pray that the Holy Spirit is working in her life to see her return to the Lord and reconcile with her family, and that You would restore the joy of her salvation. We also pray for the one who submitted this request, that the Holy Spirit would guide their actions and words towards Kaley in a way that is pleasing to our Heavenly Father.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray, Amen.
Take comfort in the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32. The father never stopped loving his son, even when he was far away. He watched and waited, and when he saw his son coming home, he ran to meet him. That's the heart of our Heavenly Father for Kaley.
We encourage you to be patient, loving, and wise. Trust in the Lord, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:3-5 WEB.
Continue to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15 WEB), and trust that God is at work. Be encouraged.
