Salvation for a friend/encouragement

I am asking for prayer for a dear friend of mine, Dustin. God gave me a word about speaking worth into people's lives. 5 months later I met Dustin. He doesn't believe he is worthy of good things and doesn't like who he is. I have prayed for him and believed God for Dustin's salvation for almost 2 years. He has been very stubborn. Almost to the point of ignoring me. Then 6 months ago God opens a door for me to be Dustin's assistant at work. Now I have the opportunity to speak God's truth into his life more regularly. But some days are very emotional and I am discouraged that I don't see anything happening and I question God's plan in this. I am believing God for Dustin's salvation and also asking for prayer for strength for myself to keep doing what I believe God is asking me to do.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in prayer on behalf of our dear friend, Dustin. We thank You for the word You gave us about speaking worth into people's lives and for the opportunity You have given us to be Dustin's assistant at work. We ask that You would open Dustin's heart to receive Your love and grace. We pray that You would speak truth and life into Dustin's heart and mind, and that he would come to know You and accept Your love for him. We pray that You would break down the walls of stubbornness and that Dustin would come to understand his worth in You. We ask all these things in Jesus' Name, Amen.

God bless me with Your favor, joy, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the knowledge, strength, desire and passion to always delight myself in Lord and seek first the kingdom of God. Bless me to know You, love You, and strengthen me to live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Protect me God from all the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, and pray Your best for me.
