Our Lord is with us! He will protect us from all Evil forces. The greatest protection from Evil is our continuous prayer. Prayer for one another! Prayer for family and friend protection. Prayer for all our needs! Never cease in praying! God Bless you my friend

Unsaved family members are often on my heart. The thread on this subject gives us much to think about.




A wise Pastor once spoke of the common picture depicting Jesus standing at a door knocking. As if he were the perfect gentleman waiting on us to invite him in. Consider Saul. The Lord struck him down on the road to Damascus. He was blinded. God spoke to him. Saul became Paul. So God can and will take a person that is at enmity with him, and change his heart, putting a right Spirit within him.




Jesus does not have to wait for us to believe before entering our hearts, or lives. I don't know if this will be helpful in the thread here, but I felt it good to think about and remember His Sovereignity and Power, Mercy and Love.




If you went from unbelief to belief it was not on your own power. God has to work in you for you to believe. Some do perceive it differently,









Many blessings to all! Never give up on your family! The enemy would have us leave off praying because we see no change. Spurgeon mentioned this in his writings and to keep on praying!









BTW I saw this writing from Mueller..." I hope in God, I pray on, and look yet for the answer. They are not converted yet, but they will be. To learn strong faith is to endure great trials. I have learned my faith by standing firm amid severe testings..."









Interesting how Mueller says 'not converted yet but they will be' his hopeful attitude shines through. Only God really knows who will be saved but Mueller has it on his heart to think positive about those in his prayers.

Whenever I hear of someone who has a friend or loved one they say isn't saved I always add, "yet." Didn't know Mulller said it first. Shall is a pretty strong promise!

Of The Conversion of Watchman Nee and His Prayer List of Friends to Be Converted...









In the spring of 1920, when Nee was 17, Dora Yu was invited to hold ten days of revival meetings in the Church of Heavenly Peace in Fuzhou.After Nee's mother attended these meetings, she was moved to apologize to her son for a previous incident of unjust punishment. Her action impressed Nee so much that he determined to attend the next day's evangelistic meetings to see what was taking place there. After returning from the meeting, according to Nee's own account:

On the evening of 28th April, 1920, I was alone in my room, struggling to decide whether or not to believe in the Lord. At first I was reluctant but as I tried to pray I saw the magnitude of my sins and the reality and efficacy of Jesus as the Saviour. As I visualized the Lord's hands stretched out on the cross, they seemed to be welcoming me and the Lord was saying, "I am waiting here to receive you." Realizing the effectiveness of Christ's blood in cleansing my sins and being overwhelmed by such love, I accepted him there. Previously I had laughed at people who had accepted Jesus, but that evening the experience became real for me and I wept and confessed my sins, seeking the Lord's forgiveness. As I made my first prayer I knew joy and peace such as I had never known before. Light seemed to flood the room and I said to the Lord, "Oh, Lord, you have indeed been gracious to me."

As a student at Trinity College, Nee began to speak to his classmates concerning his salvation experience. Later, he recounted:

Immediately I started putting right the matters that were hindering my effectiveness, and also made a list of seventy friends to pray for daily. Some days I would pray for them every hour, even in class. When the opportunity came I would try to persuade them to believe in the Lord Jesus... With the Lord's grace I continued to pray daily, and after several months all but one of the seventy persons were saved.
