Salvation and marriage restoration

Please pray for my Chinese Buddhist wife's salvation. Please pray God will make me the man and husband he intends me to be. I failed my wife, and I failed God. I know that I was supposed to be an example of Jesus and help lead her to him. Instead, I made her my God. Please pray that ###, my wife, will open her eyes to see Jesus and that she will forgive me. We have been separated since February 11, 2023. Several times, she told me that I could come home, but she would sleep with me. My pride got in the way, and I told her no. A few days ago, I had texted her and told her that I loved and missed her, that I wanted us to reconcile, and that I wanted to come home. She told me that she had made herself clear, that I could come home, and that 'we would do our own thing'.. Even though I speak a little Mandarin, this statement does not translate well. Honestly, I'm not sure what she meant. I told her I would come home in a few days. I'm a little afraid to because I know that I will be under a microscope. I know the enemy will try his hardest to make sure that I fall back into my old patterns. I love her so much and want to be a good, dependable, and providing husband to her.

Please pray for us, the restoration of our marriage. Thank you, God bless you all. ###

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and humility, lifting up our brother ### and his wife ###. Lord, we thank You for Your unfailing love and the grace that You extend to each of us. We ask for Your divine intervention in their lives, especially in the restoration of their marriage and the salvation of ###.

Father, Your Word tells us in 2 Peter 3:9 that You are "not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." We pray that ###'s eyes and heart be opened to the truth of Jesus Christ. May she come to know the depth of Your love and the salvation that is found in Him alone.

Lord, we also lift up ### to You. He acknowledges his shortcomings and desires to be the husband and man You intend him to be. As it is written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," we pray that You would strengthen ###, guiding him to be a loving, dependable, and godly husband. Help him to lead by example and to reflect the love of Christ in all his actions.

Father, we ask for wisdom and understanding in their communication. As Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We pray that ### and ### will trust in You and seek Your guidance in every step they take towards reconciliation.

We also pray against any schemes of the enemy that may try to disrupt their progress. In James 4:7, it is written, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We ask for Your protection over ### and ###, that they may resist any temptations and stand firm in their faith.

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for the work You are doing in their lives. May Your will be done, and may their marriage be a testament to Your power and grace.
