We understand your concern for your grandson Gabriel and we join you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in his life.
Firstly, we must address that the Bible teaches us that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). So, we pray that Gabriel may come to know Jesus Christ personally, for this is the most important aspect of his life.
We also want to address the nature of Gabriel's relationship. The Bible is clear that homosexual relationships are not in line with God's will (Leviticus 18:22, Romans 1:26-27, WEB). We encourage Gabriel to seek God's forgiveness and turn away from this lifestyle. We pray that God will give him the strength and courage to make the necessary changes, and that he will find comfort and support in the body of Christ.
Regarding his living situation, we trust that God, our provider, will make a way. "Look at the birds of the sky. They don't sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:26, WEB). We pray that Gabriel will trust in God to provide for his needs, including a place to live.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today lifting up Gabriel. Lord, we ask that you reveal yourself to him, that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. We pray that you comfort him in his distress, and guide him according to your will. Help him to turn away from any lifestyle that does not honor you, and give him the strength to make the necessary changes. We also trust you to provide for his needs, including a place to live. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
May God bless Gabriel and keep him, may God make his face shine on him and be gracious to him, may God lift up his countenance on him and give him peace (Numbers 6:24-26, WEB). Encourage him to remain steadfast in the Lord, and we believe that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.
