We join with you in praying for Travis' salvation and his relationship with the Lord. It is our heart's cry that this would be the year that he fully surrenders his life to Jesus Christ and experiences the transformative power of the Holy Spirit. We stand in agreement with you, asking God to remove any bad friends and demonic influences from his life, and that he would recognize and turn away from these negative influences. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
We pray that God would touch Travis' heart and draw him close, molding him into the mighty man of valor that he was called to be. We ask that God would give Travis a new heart and a new spirit, turning his heart away from anything not aligned with God's will. As Ezekiel 36:26 WEB says, "I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
Regarding your relationship, we pray that God would restore and strengthen the bond between you, and that any demonic influences seeking to tear you apart would be broken and removed from your lives. However, we must also remember that God's design for relationships is clear in His Word. As 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." We encourage you to ensure that your relationship is aligned with biblical principles, seeking God's will for your lives together, and pursuing a marriage that honors God.
We pray all these things in Jesus' name.
