Sale of My House

All, I ask your prayers in the completion of the sale of my house. I have a pending offer on a lease to purchase on my home which will cover my outstanding mortgage and will allow me to start over from scratch. It's not ideal, but it is a way to no longer have a finacial anchor around my neck and help me work on the road to recovery. Please pray that the contracts are signed and everything goes as planned. Thank you God for this new opportunity!

I ask for Your grace and mercy upon Steve. Thank you for providing this way out from the burden he has been carrying. I pray all negotiations and contracts will be completed smoothly, according to Your will. Help him to continue praising You every day, to continue seeing Your deliverance in every area of his life, leading him through every trouble, guiding him as his Awesome Shepherd to places of rest and refreshment, abundance and grace. Continue the work You have begun in this man to accomplish an amazing work in his life. May he be a blessing to others and a testimony of your power and grace over one man's life. Dear Lord we pray for Steve's deal to comethrough. For him to be able to sell his house and strat over, under Your care and supervision. Dear Jesus if You have a better dealfor him, let it come forth, if not, please allow him to remove the financial weight from his back andlet him move forward again.
