Sale of House

[JustJudy]

For the final sale of my son's house in Michigan. It is on a land contract and the woman has been late on about two out of three payments for the last 5 years. He has not been able to evict her because she manages to pay enough within the time limit of when he could evict her. He will not be able to renew his balloon loan and house will go into foreclosure. She is looking into getting a new loan with co-signer. Please pray she does as it's become a major distraction.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up JustJudy's prayer request regarding the final sale of her son's house in Michigan. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and sustainer of all things. We ask for your divine intervention in this situation.

Father, we pray for a resolution to the ongoing issue with the woman on the land contract. We ask that you touch her heart and guide her to fulfill her financial obligations in a timely manner. May she understand the importance of honoring the agreement and making consistent payments. Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for JustJudy's son as he navigates this challenging situation. Grant him the patience and strength to handle this matter with grace and integrity.

Lord, we also lift up the upcoming renewal of the balloon loan. We ask for your divine favor and provision, that a suitable solution may be found to prevent foreclosure. We pray that the woman will be able to secure a new loan with a cosigner, relieving the burden and distraction from JustJudy's son. May your hand be upon this process, guiding every decision and opening doors for a positive outcome.

Father, we trust in your perfect timing and your faithfulness to answer our prayers. We declare your promises from 1 John 5:14-15, that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our petitions. We believe that you are working behind the scenes, orchestrating a favorable resolution for JustJudy's son and his house.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
