Sale of home

[Aythill]

Jeff and I sold our home back in October 2023.....we were in a contract until December 2023 when the whole deal fell through....our buyers buyer never came to closing and we lost a lot of money because of this ordeal... We sold our house again last week and are now in another contract....We are very frightened but feel this might be very promising. Trusting the Lord will not let another bad deal happen, but we really could use prayer.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Aythill and Jeff. We lift up their recent experience of selling their home and the challenges they faced with the previous deal falling through. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in their current contract. We pray that this new opportunity will be promising and fruitful for them.

Father, we know that you are the ultimate provider and protector. We trust in your faithfulness and ask that you would surround Aythill and Jeff with your peace and assurance during this time of uncertainty. Help them to lean on you and not be consumed by fear or anxiety. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we pray for a smooth and successful closing on their new home. May all parties involved fulfill their obligations and commitments. We ask for your favor and protection over their finances, that they may not suffer any further loss. Your Word assures us in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act."

Father, we also pray for Aythill and Jeff's emotional well-being during this time. Comfort them and remind them of your presence and love. Help them to hold onto hope and trust in your perfect timing. Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your plans and purposes for Aythill and Jeff's lives. May they continue to seek you and find peace in your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
