Dear Lord, you know it's been 2 months since I presented my salary case to my boss, again it has come out the same. Please Lord, let your will be done concerning my salary review. Amen.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of prayer and patience in all situations. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

It's crucial to trust in God's timing and plan for your life, knowing that He cares for you and will provide for your needs. As Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB), "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

However, we also want to encourage you to be proactive and respectfully communicate with your employer regarding your salary. Ensure that you have presented a strong case, highlighting your contributions and the value you bring to the organization. It's essential to be diligent and advocating for yourself while trusting in God's ultimate plan. As stated in Colossians 3:23 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a fair salary review. Lord, we ask that You be involved in this process and that Your will be done. Help them to communicate effectively with their employer and demonstrate their worth through their hard work and dedication. Please provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we noticed that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's essential to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to acknowledge Jesus in your prayers and trust in Him for your salvation.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
