We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with your neighbors and colleagues, and we're here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for ending your request by acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we can approach God and be saved, " 'There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name (Jesus) under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' Let's address the issues you raised and bring them before the Lord in prayer.

Regarding your neighbor, it's important to remember that God commands us to love our neighbors as ourselves, even when they do things that we disapprove of, " 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' On these two commandments the whole law depends, and the prophets." WEB. While you may not approve of what the neighbor is smoking, pray that God will provide an opportunity for gentle, loving, and respectful communication and possible transformation, "With patience, a ruler may be persuaded, and a soft tongue breaks the bone." WEB.

Regarding your workplace situation, the Bible teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us,

"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," WEB.

Instead of asking for their downfall or focusing on their negative traits, let's seek God's will in transforming their hearts and your work environment, "The King's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
