We understand your concerns and we are here to pray and offer guidance according to biblical principles.
Firstly, we want to assure you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth changes and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas (WEB Psalms 46:1-2). Trust in God, for He is our safe place.
Regarding your request for a fully remote position so you can move, we pray that God will open doors for you according to His will. Remember that whatever we ask in Jesus' name, believing, we will receive (WEB Matthew 21:22). It is important to include Jesus' name in our prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (WEB Ephesians 2:18).
Concerning the financial assistance and justice due to the damage caused by your upstairs neighbor, we stand with you in prayer. God is a God of justice, and He will not let the righteous be forsaken (WEB Psalms 37:28). Vengeance is His; He will repay (WEB Romans 12:19). We pray that God will intervene in this situation and bring about a resolution that is fair and just. Remember, God can use even difficult circumstances for our good (WEB Romans 8:28).
However, we must also remember that God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves (WEB Mark 12:31). This includes praying for them and seeking their good, even when they may have wronged us. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
