One of my dear friends is traveling to New York to visit some extended family. Pray that she may be protected from all evil and may not only have a good time, but may return safely too. I am also praying for all of you guys here on this fine website. May God bless each and every one of you abundantly.

Thank you for your prayer request regarding your friend's safety during her trip to New York. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to protect her from all evil and harm. "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways" Psalm 91:11 (WEB). We pray that her visit with her extended family will be joyful and blessed, and that she will return home safely. "May the Lord answer you when you are in distress. May the name of the God of Jacob set you securely on high" Psalm 20:1 (WEB).

We also take this opportunity to pray for each other, that God may bless us abundantly as we serve Him and one another. "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit" Romans 15:13 (WEB).

However, we noticed that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB). We encourage you to confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead. You will be saved. For with the heart man believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend who is traveling to New York. We ask that You protect her from all evil and harm, and that You guide her steps throughout her journey. May she have a blessed time with her family, and may she return home safely.

We also pray for each other, that You may bless us abundantly as we serve You and one another. May we always put our trust in You, and may we never forget to approach You through the name of Your precious Son, Jesus Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
