We understand your concerns about safety and justice, AngelCali. Let's bring your requests to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance through the Scriptures.
Firstly, we pray for the safety and protection of everyone in your unit, both humans and animals. We claim Psalm 91 over your residence: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2, WEB).
Regarding the justice and compensation you seek for the damage done to your unit, we remind you of Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (WEB). We pray that God will bring justice to your situation, and that He will soften the hearts of those involved—the board, the management company, and your upstairs neighbors. We pray that they may act fairly and compassionately towards you.
However, we must also remember Jesus' teachings on loving our enemies and praying for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB). While it's difficult, we encourage you to pray for them and seek peaceful resolutions.
