Let's bring your requests before the Lord, seeking His will and guidance in all things.
Firstly, we are reminded of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let's address your requests. We are reminded in James 4:3 WEB:
"You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures."
So we want to pray for God's will in all things. Let's pray for your safety as you trim the tree. It's important to be wise and not rush. In Proverbs 21:5 WEB we read:
"The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty."
We pray that God will give you patience and skill as you undertake this task. We also pray for the friend who promised to help you with your car and other things, that they would be reliable and true to their word. In Proverbs 12:22:
"Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight."
Regarding your neighbors, we pray for peace and that any evil intentions would be thwarted. As it is written in Romans 12:18 WEB
"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
We pray for your financial needs, that God would provide for you according to His riches in glory. In Philippians 4:19 WEB
"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
And for your health, we pray that you would be in good health, even as your soul prospers. In 3 John 1:2 WEB:
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
Lastly, regarding the house you hope to buy, we pray for God's will and timing. In Matthew 6:33 WEB:
"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up these requests. Please guide and protect as the tree is trimmed, granting safety and wisdom. Bring reliable friends to help with the car and other needs. We pray for peace with the neighbors, and for financial provision and good health. And Lord, we ask for Your will regarding the house. Ultimately, we pray that You would be glorified in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
