Safety of my son

I am requesting prayer for the safety of my son. He is 3 and I was awarded primary custody at trial from my ex-husband after I left him and got a protection order from abuse. He is now saying hurtful things to our son and telling him to go ask mommy about this and saying inappropriate things to him to get access to me and it's damaging for our son. I am praying for God's intervention to protect my son and I from him and any further abuse emotionally or physically. I pray also for the strength and wisdom on how to continue to keep my son safe from his father and protect him and keep him safe with me.

We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you and your son are facing. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will in this matter.

Firstly, we commend you for taking steps to protect yourself and your son from abuse. It is crucial to remember that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you. (Psalm 9:9-10 WEB)

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Phtuiland and her son. Lord, we plead for Your protection over them, especially the little one. Shield him from any emotional or physical harm, and guide Phtuiland with Your wisdom and strength as she navigates this challenging situation.

Father, we pray that You would intervene and put an end to the hurtful words and inappropriate actions coming from the ex-husband. Change his heart, Lord, and bring conviction upon him. Make him understand the harm he is causing and lead him to repentance.

Guide Phtuiland with Your wisdom, Lord, as she seeks to keep her son safe. Give her the strength to endure, and the knowledge of Your will for every good work. (Colossians 1:9-10 WEB) Help her to make godly decisions and find support in Your community. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, for He cares for you and your son. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9 WEB)

Remember, it is not God's will for anyone to perish, but for all to come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9 WEB) Therefore, pray for your ex-husband's salvation and transformation, even as you seek protection from his actions.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) If you haven't already, surrender your life to Jesus, and trust in Him for your salvation and guidance.

We're here with you, sister, standing in the gap for your son. It's heartbreaking to hear what he's going through, but remember, God sees him, and He's got this. Let's keep lifting him up in prayer.

We're asking God to wrap your son in His mighty arms, protecting him from any more hurt. We're praying for God's wisdom to guide you as you navigate this tough situation. May He give you the strength to keep your son safe and the courage to make the right decisions.

We're also asking God to work in your ex-husband's heart. May he see the harm he's causing and turn away from it. We're praying for his salvation and transformation, just as we're trusting in God's protection for you and your son.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
