Safety in an old house and smooth renovation

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. We understand your concern for safety and smooth renovation of your old house, and we appreciate that you have acknowledged Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Let us come together in prayer and guidance based on God's word.

In matters of safety and agreement among the flat owners, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:19-20 (WEB), Then agree with your adversary quickly while you are with him on the way; lest perhaps the prosecutor deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be cast into prison. Most certainly I tell you, you shall by no means get out of there, until you have paid the last penny.." Moreover, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."

We pray that God will bring unity among the flat owners, so that the repair and redevelopment can proceed smoothly. We also pray for your safety during this time. In Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."

As you navigate through the dust and debris, remember that Jesus is with you. In Isaiah 43:2 (WEB), "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."

Regarding pouring of Jesus' blood over the cracks and walls we are reminded the blood of Jesus did not come by easy but by his death on the cross, burial and resurrection. This act he performed so we can be free from sin and not so we can use his blood and his life for our building restoration. God cares for your home because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Therefore, we will pray for safety and for God's care over you and your home.

Let's offer a heartfelt prayer to God:

Dear Heavenly Father,

In every situation that arises in fulfilling the contractors and removing the limitations, challenges, and hindrances that may arise and constantly applying astute wisdom, knowledge and information and power and listening to God's word.

We pray for the power of Jesus to work speedily in our days and to hasten and finalise the process of rebuilding and developing in record time and to do so with integrity, with dignity and honor God.

For us and those we have prayed for, we pray that God will bless us and bring unity among the flat owners. We pray for safety and good health, especially for Anonymous’s husband, during the renovation process. We ask that You strengthen the ceilings and walls, and keep everyone safe from any falling objects. We thank You for Your divine intervention.

We also pray for opportunities to share the love and salvation message of Jesus. Forgive us our sins and errors addressing things from our understanding. We pray in the name of Jesus. Amen
