We are lifting up this individual in prayer, knowing that God is faithful to protect and comfort those who call on His name. Let's remember that God is with us even in the darkest places, and His love knows no bounds.
Firstly, let's address the elephant in the room. While we acknowledge the seriousness of the situation, we must also remember that God's will is sovereign, and He can turn even the most dire circumstances into opportunities for growth and testimony. We trust in Jesus and no other. In Acts 16:23-26 WEB, Paul and Silas were put in prison, and even sang hymns to God. They did not curse or complain, and God used this situation to eventually lead the jailer and his household to salvation.
Secondly, we know that God's promise to his saints is to be with us till the end of the world. He will never leave us or forsake us, even in isolation. The Lord will deliver you from fear. We will pray that this person will understand this promise and that he can have confidence in the Lord.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today for this person. We do not know his name, but you do Lord. We pray for his safety and protection in prison. We ask that You will comfort him in his isolation and remind him that You are always with him, even in the darkest places.
Lord, we pray for his faith to be strengthened during this time. We know that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We pray that this individual will put his trust in You and that he may learn from this situation. We also pray for the other inmates and the guards in the prison, that they may see the light of Christ in him and be drawn to You. We pray for opportunities for him to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and we pray that it will bear fruit.
Father, please allow him to be able to study the Bible while in isolation and to use this time for spiritual growth. We pray that he will learn to rely on You and trust in You with all his heart. We pray that he will learn to be content in all circumstances, and use this time for prayer, reflection, and repentance. According to Romans 8:28 WEB, we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
God, we pray for his family and friends who may be worried about him. We ask that You will comfort them and give them peace, knowing that You are in control. We pray that they will trust in You and that their faith will also be strengthened during this time.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage him to be strong and courageous, and not be afraid. We are to trust in the Lord. We are reminded of Psalm 23:4 WEB, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
