CaliAlex, we understand that you're seeking safety for yourself and your dogs, and that you're asking for a change in a situation that you've been praying about. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your safety and that of your pets. In Psalm 91:11 WEB, it says, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." This promise extends to all who trust in Him.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
-Therefore, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is the name above all names.
Concerning the situation you mentioned, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan. In Romans 8:28 WEB, we read, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can turn any situation around for your good and His glory.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up CaliAlex and their dogs. We pray for Your divine protection over them, that You will command Your angels to guard them in all their ways. We also bring before You the situation that CaliAlex has been praying about. Combine our prayers to yours. We ask that Your will be done, that You change the situation according to Your divine plan. Help CaliAlex to trust in You and Your timing.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is faithful, and He hears your prayers. Keep trusting in Him, and do not be afraid to call out the name of Jesus. It is in His name that we find salvation, and it is by His name that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence.

John 3:16 WEB For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him. Next you need to realize that everyone is a sinner. Romans 3:23 WEB for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God. Since we have all sinned, this results in death. Romans 6:23 WEB For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Finally, realize that God gave us a solution for sin. Jesus Christ paid the price for our sins by shed-ding his blood. Romans 5:8 but God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Next if we repent from our sins and turn to God we can be saved. Acts 3:19 WEB Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out. Finally we receive salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
If you believe this, then you can simply pray and ask Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior. Once this is done your name is written in the Book of Life.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
