Safety & Exercise -- Bodyboarding in Rough Post Monsoon Pacific

Dear Friends -- In dire need of exercise and sun on a very rare sunny day... I seek to acknowledge God in all my ways so He may direct my paths (Prov 3:5-6), so I ask for wisdom, buoyancy, swim fins, that the bodyboard handles well and to get my heart rate up (since I've grown fatter around the middle). Lastly, I ask for ability to enjoy a sunny day before the next monsoon sets in here in southern ###.

P.s. -- Be with my wife driving stick shift on appointments and errands. Help us walk with God The Father and Share Jesus Christ in thought, word and deed. Be with all our hired help and bless them and their families with salvation, in Jesus' Name

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend and intercessor who is in need of exercise and sun on this rare sunny day. We thank you for the wisdom and understanding to acknowledge you in all their ways, trusting that you will direct their paths according to Proverbs 3:5-6.

Lord, we ask for your guidance and provision as they seek buoyancy swim fins that will help them handle the bodyboard well. Grant them the ability to get their heart rate up and to take care of their physical health. We pray for strength and discipline to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Father, we also ask for the ability to enjoy this sunny day before the next monsoon sets in the southern Philippines. May your creation bring joy and refreshment to their soul as they spend time outdoors.

Furthermore, we lift up their wife who drives a stick shift on appointments and errands. Grant her safety and wisdom on the roads, and may your presence be with her every step of the way. Help them both to walk closely with you, Father, and to share the love of Jesus Christ in their thoughts, words, and actions.

Lastly, we pray for all the hired help in their household. Bless them and their families with the knowledge of salvation through Jesus Christ. May they experience your grace and mercy, and may their lives be transformed by your love.
