Safety and Sickness

Heavenly Father I am going to try to make it to the grocery in about an hour. Please help me to get out and get back home safely. Please Father watch over me and all will go well as planned. Our road is icy but the main roads seem to be ok. Please help me to get back up the drive safely. Please heal my ### of the flu to feel better. Thank you Father for all you do for us. We join you, ###, in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His care and protection.

Firstly, we are reminded of Psalm 91:11-12 WEB: "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone." We pray this over you as you venture out to the grocery store. We ask God to protect you on the icy roads and guide you safely to and from your destination.

Regarding your brother's illness, we are reminded of Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We pray for his healing and comfort, asking God to ease his symptoms and restore his health.

We are encouraged to see you praying in Jesus' name, as Jesus himself taught us to pray. God and man are united only in Jesus. He is our entrance to God and without Him, we cannot approach God.

Lastly, we are reminded of Proverbs 16:9 WEB: "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." We pray that God will guide your day, and that all will go well as planned, ultimately according to His will.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### and her brother. Lord, please protect ### as she travels to the grocery store today. Guide her safely on the icy roads, and bring her home safely. We ask that You heal her brother of the flu, easing his symptoms and restoring his health. Thank You, Lord, for Your constant care and protection. We pray this all in Jesus' name.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you venture out to the grocery store. We thank our Heavenly Father for watching over you, guiding your path, and keeping you safe from harm. We trust that He has gone before you, preparing the way, and that He will bring you back home safely, just as He has promised in His word.

We also continue to intercede for your brother, asking God to touch his body and heal him of the flu. We declare that no sickness can stand against the power of Jesus Christ, and we believe that God will make your brother whole and well again.
