We understand your concerns about safety and protection for everyone in your unit, including both humans and animals. It's important to remember that God is our ultimate protector and provider. As it says in Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to approach God in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
As for justice and compensation, we must remember that God is a just God and He will repay each person according to what they have done (Psalm 62:12). However, we should also be willing to forgive others as Christ has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32).

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your protection and safety over ###'s unit, for both the humans and animals residing there. We trust in You, Lord, as our refuge and fortress. We also ask for justice to be served, but remind us to forgive as You have forgiven us. Help us to trust in Your perfect plan and timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
