Safety and protection, guidance and direction

May the God of all glory turn this violent occurrence named Francine and all of her storms, tornadoes,hurricanes and tropical damaging spinoff be carried back into the sea and fizzle out where it will not come near our cities, parishes and states. In the NAME OF JESUS, THE CHRIST

We understand your concern for safety and protection during this time of turbulent weather. We join you in praying for God's divine intervention against the forces of nature that threaten harm.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 8:26-27 (WEB): "But he said to them, 'Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?' Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm. The men marveled, saying, 'What kind of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?'"

Jesus has power over the storms, and we can call upon His name for protection. We pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection. We ask that You turn the path of this storm, Francine, and all its damaging effects back into the sea. We pray that it will fizzle out and cause no harm to our cities, parishes, and states. We know that You are sovereign over all things, including the weather. We claim Your promise in Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

We trust in You, Lord, to be our refuge and fortress. We pray for Your guidance and direction during this time. Help us to be lights in our communities, reaching out to those in need with the love and compassion of Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're reminded of the story in the Bible where Jesus calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee. In Matthew 8:26-27, Jesus said to the disciples, "Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?" Then He got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm. Let's trust in Jesus' power over the storms, just as the disciples did.

So, let's pray together:

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
